We purchased our wedding rings at R.A.Braithwaites and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service was second to none, with a lot of care taken to understand what was important to us and exploring all the options around materials, budget etc. We were over the moon with our wedding rings which we felt were such an important part of our big day, being a keepsake that reminds you forever! Having had such a positive experience we didn’t hesitate to go back when I had the trauma of losing the stone from my engagement ring (purchased elsewhere). The stress was taken out of that situation by Braithwaites and they went the extra mile at their busiest time of year to complete my replacement ring in time for it to be under the Christmas Tree! The quality is exceptional and they recommended a different setting for my stone to avoid the same scenario again. Will always look to them first for any jewellery needs and can’t recommend them highly enough. ‘

The box arrived this morning ... each are beautifully gift wrapped and look safe and sound ... I have looked at one (the surprise for me!! - well somebody has to organize these things - and at least the other three employees will be well pleased) and they do look nice an elegant ... a good weight and colour too.
