This 9ct Yellow Gold, Red Rose of Lancashire charm is hand enamelled and is available in two sizes. These gold charms are of a stunning design and have been beautifully made by experts with hand enamelling detail including both red and green enamel and can be worn either as a charm for bracelet or alternatively, hung on a chain as a charm for necklace.

The Red Rose’s connection with Lancashire originated with Henry III as a golden rose and later used by reigning monarchs with the first Duke of Lancaster making it red in the 13th century. Later on it became apparent in the famous ‘War of the Roses’ between Yorkshire and Lancashire and is still renowned today.

These gold charms make the perfect token gift ether as a memento of a visit or holiday to Lancashire or often proudly worn by someone from Lancashire!

The diameter of the gold charm is 13.5 mm and the charm weighs 1.9 grams.
