This 9 carat Yellow Gold cameo brooch pendant is a hand carved, shell cameo and is of the classic coral and white hue colour. The gold cameo brooch is carved with the profile of a woman looking to the left and the cameo is finished with a plain, rolled edge 9 Carat Yellow Gold setting surround.
