Sterling Silver York White Rose Charm 12.5mm

The White Rose’s (also known as it forms part of the Tudor Rose) connection with York and Yorkshire has many stories about the origin, however, it is thought that it was first used by the Duke of York in the 14th Century. Later on it was then adopted by the City of York and became apparent in the famous ‘War of the Roses’ between Yorkshire and Lancashire and is still renowned today.
This Yorkshire silver rose charm makes the perfect token gift ether as a memento of a visit to York or Yorkshire or often proudly worn by someone originating from Yorkshire!
The diameter of the silver 925 charm is 12.5 mm and it weighs 1.2 grams.
