This 9ct Gold, White rose of Yorkshire charm is hand enamelled. These charms are of a stunning design and have been beautifully made by experts with white, hand enamelling detail and can be worn either as a charm hung on a bracelet or alternatively, hung on a chain as a necklace.
The White Rose’s connection with the York and Yorkshire White Rose has numerous stories and the actual origin in unknown, however, it is thought that it was first used by the Duke of York in the 14th Century. Later, it was adopted by the City of York (also known as it is a part of the Tudor Rose) and became apparent in the ‘War of the Roses’ between Yorkshire and Lancashire and is still renowned today.
